Two-Time Emzone RCC presented by Michelin Champion Kenny Riedmann advances to IMSA with Baker Racing
Set to make IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge TCR debut at the Daytona season opener
ST. CATHARINES, ON (January 5, 2026) — FEL Motorsports is proud to celebrate the next step in the career of one of its most accomplished champions, as two-time Emzone Radical Cup Canada presented by Michelin title winner Kenny Riedmann makes the jump to the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge for the 2026 season with Baker Racing.
Riedmann, the 2024 and 2025 Emzone RCC presented by Michelin Champion, will join Baker Racing’s IMSA TCR program beginning at the season-opening event at Daytona International Speedway during the Rolex 24 At Daytona weekend. He will compete in the No. 56 Audi RS3 LMS TCR, sharing driving duties with fellow FEL Motorsports alumnus and 2023 Sports Car Championship Canada presented by Michelin TCR Champion, Dean Baker.
The duo will contest the four-hour IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge season opener at Daytona on Friday, January 23, marking Riedmann’s official IMSA debut on one of North America’s biggest motorsport stages.
Riedmann’s move to IMSA follows a dominant run in Emzone RCC presented by Michelin, where he established himself as one of the most successful drivers in series history. Across two championship seasons, he demonstrated consistency, racecraft, and leadership. Qualities that made him a standout within the FEL Motorsports paddock and a natural fit for progression to international-level competition.
Baker Racing enters the 2026 season with momentum, having secured a podium finish at the 2025 series finale at Road Atlanta with their No. 52 entry, driven by Sam Baker and James Vance. The Canadian-based team will field a full-season, two-car effort in 2026. Alongside Dean Baker in the No. 56 entry, Riedmann will alternate co-driving duties with former IndyCar star Bruno Junqueira at select events throughout the season.
Riedmann’s progression from Emzone RCC presented by Michelin champion to the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge grid reinforces FEL Motorsports’ position as a Canadian stepping stone toward top-level sports car competition.
